Steel, in combination with concrete, is extremely suitable for the development of prestigious high-rise projects.

For this purpose, concrete is often used in the solid cores, in which all utility lines, stairs and lifts, etc., are housed. Steel is then used to support the different floor levels and outside walls, for many storeys.

These projects are mostly developed in the busy centres of large cities. Many different disciplines work simultaneously at the construction site, on relatively limited surface areas and with the support of limited crane capacity (most certainly when working from a specific height).

CSM’s organisation is aimed at being a reliable partner in the execution of such projects: we always opt for an intensive planning and safety discussion with all other parties; CSM has a supple organisational structure which can quickly anticipate changing circumstances and the logistic department aims for deliveries that are just-in-time.
